Artwork Questions
All we need from you is some good photos of your boat! Make sure to check out our Do's and Dont's when it comes to choosing and submitting the photos that will work best.
Any special requests are also welcomed. Make sure to include any comments in the submission form.

We do keep client artwork on file for any future needs. Once you pay for your artwork it's yours forever so if you decide to come back 6 months later or a year later and purchase something else, we keep this on file for you so you only pay the product cost.
If you prefer to keep it for yourself, we can remit the files directly to you once completed as well. Just let us know!
Absolutely! Our policy is to send you a rough draft of your boat first before printing anything.
We offer unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied so feel free to request any changes, modifications, additions or removals. Once we have your final approval, we'll go ahead and print your items and ship them out to you...for FREE!
Our 'Toon' style is our best selling artwork. This is the most common style that you'll see on many other boaters. However, if you prefer something a bit different, we also offer other styles in a 'Pen' drawing, 'Sketch' style and 'Line Art'. We find that some of these styles look best on certain items so if you'd like help with picking out what works best, feel free to contact us.
You can certainly order as many styles as you like, however due to the time it takes us to hand create your artwork we must charge separately for each style ordered.
We're pretty quick! Due to the fact that we use several different tools to create your artwork, providing just that unique art style to your boat, it typically only takes us a few days to have a draft ready for you to review. You can estimate receiving your first draft within about 3 days from your order.
Our typical product includes your boat name or logo as well as your hailing port. Any combination can be placed under your boat graphic on the shirt, and we don't charge extra for the front so we'll usually place a smaller image of the boat, your boat name and/or location on the front chest area as well. However, as we personalize each item to you, it's completely up to you as to what you'd like to see, so be sure to let us know in the comments of the submission form or via email once your draft is ready.
We can also include or remove any additional components of your boat as long as we have a photo. Whether it be people, pets, flags, boat accessories...no problem.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
We have various apparel products from our best-selling sun shirts, Men's and Women's apparel, hats, bags, boat accessories, drinkware, towels, blankets and more.
Some items in our store can accommodate full artwork designs and some can only accept logos or text. Be sure to read the product page thoroughly for details, or contact us if you have any product specific questions.
Unfortunately due to the specific requirements that our printing process requires, we can only print on items sold from our store.
However, if you prefer to print on your items yourself, we can always send you the digital files of your boat artwork.
We don't have any specific product restrictions, however just a few things to keep in mind when purchasing your product.
The ink that we use to print is semi-transparent which means any other color shirt other than white may result in white areas being tinted with the color of the shirt.
Please be sure to read our product pages thoroughly as some of our products may also support a particular type of artwork. If you have questions about any particular product and what you can expect from results, feel free to contact us.
We can offer bulk discounts on family packs of products or additionally support large quantity discounts for other needs such as businesses, crew or special requests.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard domestic shipping 24/7 365 days is always FREE! We don't believe in paying for shipping ourselves and we don't charge our customers....ever!
We do offer expedited or rush shipping if needed. Please see the options during checkout for costs based on a variety of factors.
Please be aware that rush shipping does not account for rush orders for your artwork, however once completed we can certainly get it to you as fast as possible if needed.
Once we have your final approval on your artwork, we typically print the following day (excluding weekends or holidays) and ship it out to you within 1-2 days. We ship via USPS using both regular mail (FREE!) and priority mail depending the order so you should expect your order to arrive between 3-5 days.
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns. It's very important to make sure you review size charts and that you are 100% satisfied with your artwork prior to finalizing your order.
If you were to receive an item that is damaged or flawed, be sure to contact us right away and we can ship you a replacement. Please note, each return request or issue is reviewed prior to being accepted.
Yes, we do ship internationally however international orders do not qualify for our free shipping.

Due to the custom nature of our products that are custom and personalized specific to you, we cannot exchange products that have been printed.
Please be sure to check sizing charts on each of our apparel items to be certain you are purchasing just the right size.
OTHER QUESTIONS
We reside in a small boating community on the east coast of Florida called Merritt Island. If you're familiar with the famous Cocoa Beach, our location is just a few miles away.
We print and ship all of our products ourselves directly from our main location, or if you're local you can arrange local pickup or we can drop off.
Gift orders are a large part of our business as our customers regularly purchase for the boating lover in their family or for friends.
All we need is a photo of the boat that you'd like created and we can even ship directly to your recipient if you like.
Not at all. Most of our products are popular because it allows boat owners to have their boat printed on their choice of product as opposed to generic images, however we do sell other collections that are more generic in nature without the custom component. Many of our products also support just text or a boat name/logo that is already included in the price.
If you have something specific in mind that you'd like to have created, drop us a line and we'll try our best to accommodate.
From time to time we do publish promo codes or sales at particular times.

Holidays such as Christmas, Father's Day or other gift giving holidays can be our busiest, so it's important to make sure you get your order in on time. Typically we would recommend no later than about 2 weeks prior to the date in which you need it by to account for artwork creation, review and shipping.
We unfortunately don't offer rush orders at this time.
